Shipping
- Shipping is available within the U.S. only. We do not ship international at this time.
- All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS standard shipping at a flat rate of $6.95.
- We provide free shipping for orders over $75.
- Ili + Via is not responsible for:
- Delays with USPS shipping
- Lost or damaged products in the mail. Once we ship the package it is USPS responsibility. Please contact your local post office if this should occur.
- Wrong address: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the correct address is provided for shipping. We are not responsible if a package is returned to us and will be subject to additional fees.
Please allow 1-3 business days for the package to be shipped after an order is placed. (Excludes weekends and holidays)
